1 Acceptance
By using GST Invoice Pro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2 What We Provide
GST Invoice Pro is a tool to help Indian businesses generate GST-compliant invoices. We are not a CA firm, tax advisor, or accounting service. Always verify your tax filings with a qualified professional.
3 Free Plan
The free plan allows 5 invoices per calendar month. This limit resets on the 1st of every month.
4 Paid Plans
Pro (₹499/month) and Business (₹999/month) plans are billed monthly. Your first month is at the promotional rate shown at signup. Subsequent months are billed at the standard rate.

5 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for the current billing period. On cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan.
6 Your Data
You own your data. We don't own your invoices, your GSTIN, or your customer information. See our Privacy Policy.
7 Acceptable Use
Do not use this service to generate fraudulent invoices, evade taxes, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse.
8 Disclaimer
Invoice templates are provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for errors in your invoices. Verify GST rates, HSN codes, and tax calculations with your CA before filing.
9 Limitation of Liability
GST Invoice Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, business loss, or financial loss arising from use of this service.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
